<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel surface protective film capable of exhibiting antistatic properties, sufficiently high adhesion to a base, sufficiently high wettability, and excellent solvent resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the surface protective film 10 including a base layer 1 and an adhesive layer 3: the adhesive layer contains a silane coupling agent; a content ratio of the silane coupling agent in the adhesive layer is 0.01-1.0 wt.% relative to a resin solid content of the adhesive in the adhesive layer; and an antistatic layer 2 is provided on the adhesive layer side of the base layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
