GLYCOSYLATED HEMOGLOBIN MEASUREMENT METHOD AND MEASUREMENT KIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring an amount of glycosylated hemoglobin which has reproducibility and accuracy, and is excellent in storage stability.

SOLUTION: The glycosylated hemoglobin measurement method includes: a process which uses pretreatment liquid (a) containing at least protease and a test piece (b) comprising a high molecule base material for supporting at least fructosyl-amino acid oxidase to mix a measurement sample with the pretreatment liquid (a) by volume ratio 1:1 to 1:15; and a process for applying a drop of the mixed liquid of the measurement sample and the pretreatment liquid (a) to the test piece (b).
