An illuminating lamp with uniform illuminance comprises a lamp seat (1), a socket (11), and a light-emitting module. The socket (11) is disposed at an end of the lamp seat (1). The light-emitting module is accommodated in the lamp seat (1) and is electrically connected to the socket (11). The light-emitting module comprises at least two groups of LED light-emitting bodies (5) with inconsistent emergent central line (8) directions and different irradiation intensity. The illuminating lamp avoids the phenomenon that the illumination is not uniform when LED light-emitting bodies with a single emergent central line angle are adopted; a lens does not need to be additionally arranged in a single LED light-emitting body, and a required illumination effect can be achieved by adjusting the angles of emergent central lines of different groups of LED light-emitting bodies according to the actual requirement.
