A method and device for allocating resources to carrier response information feedback. When the transmit power control (TPC) command word information in the downlink control information (DCI) about all the auxiliary carriers in carrier aggregation is different, the physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources allocated to the response information feedback of the auxiliary carriers are high-level configuration PUCCH resources designated by a TPC command word in the DCI information which triggers a data service of the auxiliary carriers. The present solution can effectively feed back response information, and can also effectively suppress unnecessary downlink data retransmission. |
