<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment device capable of easily peeling linear tissue from peripheral tissue and capable of indwelling a neurostimulation electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The medical treatment device 2 includes a sheath 31, a pair of treatment pieces 11A provided on the leading end side of the sheath so as to be capable of being brought into contact with each other and made separable from each other and constituted so as to avoid the leading end side space T prescribed on the leading end side and in front of the sheath on the axial line C1 of the sheath at a mutual contact time, and a linear member 34 inserted through the sheath before and behind to bring the pair of the treatment pieces to a mutual contact state and a mutually separated state.
