<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device having a wavelength conversion part on a semiconductor film, which can reduce color unevenness without accompanying reduction in optical output. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a semiconductor film 20 including a luminescent layer; a support substrate 10 bonded to the semiconductor film 20 via a light reflection layer 30 and having a support face supporting the semiconductor film 20 and an edge part arranged outside lateral faces of the semiconductor film 20; a light-shielding part 40 covering the lateral faces of the semiconductor film 20 and the support face around the semiconductor film 20; and a wavelength conversion part 50 including a fluorescent substance and provided on the support substrate 10 so as to bury the semiconductor film 20 and the light-shielding part 40. The wavelength conversion part 50 has a curved surface shape having a thickness increasing from the edge part toward the center of the semiconductor film 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
