<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a dielectric substance to which an electrode coating agent for improving conductivity is added cannot obtain an originally desired electrostatic field due to the leakage of the agent for improving conductivity after receiving effects of ultraviolet rays, water, or the like over a long period of use, thus resulting in a decrease in dust collection performance. <P>SOLUTION: The leakage of the agent for improving conductivity is prevented by providing, around a coated layer formed of the dielectric substance to which the agent for improving conductivity is added, a resin coating layer of a mixture of a resin and a conductive filler formed of inorganic fine particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
