<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crank arm assembly capable of protecting a bonding area of a crank arm and an axle of a bicycle from corrosion regardless of the manufacturing accuracy of bonding by a shape. <P>SOLUTION: The crank arm assembly for the bicycle has at least one axle 22, 42; and crank arms 21, 41 mounted to at least one axle 22, 42. The crank arm 21, 41 has bonding seats and the axle 22, 42 has a bonding part bonded to the bonding seat. In the bonding seat and the bonding part, bonding by the shape for securing that torque can be transmitted from the crank arm 21, 41 to the axle 22, 42 is shaped. An adhesive material is coated between the crank arm 21, 41 and the axle 22, 42. The bonding by the shape secures that the crank arm 21, 41 and the axle 22, 42 are integrally rotated and the adhesion secures sealing relative to a corrosion phenomenon of the bonding area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
