<p>This image processing device performs image processing on images that include image data with negative values, and is provided with: a transformation unit that performs non-linear transformation processing on images that include image data with negative values, and transforms said images to images that do not include data with negative values; an image processing unit that performs prescribed image process on the images that do not include image data with negative values; and an inverse transformation unit that performs inverse transformation processing of non-linear transformation processes on the images that do not include image data with negative values after image processing has been performed, and inversely transforms said images to images that include image data with negative values after image processing has been performed.</p> |
