PURPOSE: A puff manufacturing apparatus and a puff manufactured by the apparatus are provided to mass-produce a puff which is easily used for the face which is curved. CONSTITUTION: A puff manufacturing apparatus comprises; a fixing part(10) which is formed with an attachment surface for attaching a puff(1) and is formed with an air passing part for moving air, a rotating part(30) which is fixed to the other end of the fixing part and rotates the fixing part according to the attached surface as an axis, an air sucking part(20) which sucks air and is connected to the fixing part and a cutting part(40) which is fixed near the fixing part and cuts the puff. |
