PURPOSE: A Decoding method with a polar code sequence is provided to supply a decoding method having high performance by using a recursive formula. CONSTITUTION: A decoder calculates a recursive formula of a polar code sequence having a specific block length(S110). The decoder calculates an LR having a block length of 1 by using the recursive formula(120). The decoder decodes an input signal by using the LR(S130). The polar code sequence uses a BP(belief propagation) decoder on a B-DMC(Binary Discrete Memoryless Channel).
