PURPOSE: A life extension type crusher rotor is provided to have at least one separated structure in between an upper plate and a lower plate on which an outer cover plate is installed to prevent the friction of a rotor body with fine particles, thereby increasing the durability of the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A life extension type crusher rotor comprises a rotor body(110), an upper plate and a lower plate. The crusher rotor has the upper and the lower plate connected to the rotor body having a rotor boss(111) in the inside of the rotor body. An outer cover plate(200) has a structure detachable through the bolts to at least one between the upper plate and the lower plate and installed separately along the circumference of the upper plate or the lower plate to cover at least a part of the upper plate or the lower plate. The outer cover plate comprises a composition of the integration of at least one among the upper plate connected to the rotor body or a body cover plate covering one side of the lower plate, a rim cover plate(230) covering the upper plate or the lower plate or a spreading plate(250) spreading or combining at the same angle along one side of the upper plate or the lower plate and a bearing device supplementary cover plate mounted on the outer surface of a bearing device unit. |
