<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing color filter capable of correcting a part where color mixing or the like occurs, even when the color mixing or the like occurs at the formation of a colored layer according to an inkjet method, and is capable of providing high-quality color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing color filter comprises a colored layer 3 formation step of applying a colored layer forming application liquid on pixel regions (s) divided by a resin light shielding part 1, on a substrate on which the resin light-shielding part 1 is formed that forms the colored layer 3; a colored layer inspection step of inspecting whether a defect exists on the colored layer 3 formed in each pixel region (S); a colored layer removal step of removing all of the colored layer 3 in the defective pixel region (a), where the defect is detected by the colored layer inspection step; a plasma irradiation step of irradiating the resin light-shielding part 1 around the defective pixel region (a) with atmospheric plasma using fluorine compound as an introduced gas; and a correction colored layer formation step of applying a correction colored layer 4 forming application liquid to the defective pixel region (a) that forms a correction colored layer 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
