PURPOSE: A marine road extension apparatus for the loading and unloading of a ship is provided to stably load and unload cargo by supporting a road formed above the surface of the sea with rails fixed under the surface of the sea. CONSTITUTION: A marine road extension apparatus for the loading and unloading of a ship comprises a concrete pier structure(20), rails(30), supporters(32), and multiple road forming bogies(40). The rails are horizontally installed under the surface of the sea at a predetermined depth and are extended from the concrete pier structure. The supporters are vertically installed on the seabed to support the rails. The road forming bogies move on the rails and are connected from the concrete pier structure to a predetermined marine point in a row.
