PURPOSE: A knitting method of socks is provided to knit whole part of a sock at a time to the open part at the top of foot without separate sewing and stitching processes and to improve production efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A knitting method of socks comprises: a step of repeating knitting while a part of the needle stops within a preset section and knitting the end(21) a fabric; a step of repeating forward and reverse rotation and knitting an elbow part(22); a step of repeating forward and reverse rotation at the other section and knitting a middle part of food(23); a step of knitting final end(24) of an open part at the top of foot; a step of repeating forward and reverse rotation within another section and knitting a heel part; and a step of rotating a needle cylinder in one direction and knitting a cylindrical ankle part(26). |
