PURPOSE: A boarding available handcart transferring motor cart is provided to apply a fore wheel steering mode while boarding and a rear wheel steering mode if not, thereby facilitating the operation. CONSTITUTION: A fore wheel frame(17) mounts a pair of fore wheel to one side. A rear wheel frame(18) mounts a pair of rear wheel to one side. A tilting bar connects a pair of fore wheel to be able to rotate. A main shaft is fixed to a steering wheel. A boarding flat(15) boards an operator.
