PURPOSE: A noise controlling device is provided to easily adjust positions of first and second micro phones even after installing a speaker deice and to safely protect a wire electrically connecting the first and second micro phones with a signal processing unit. CONSTITUTION: A noise controlling device(1) comprises a support structure(1000) and a speaker device(100). The support structure is arranged in a noise source and a sound receiving spot. The speaker device is supported by the support structure. The speaker device comprises a speaker unit, a first micro phone(130), a second micro phone(140), a signal processing unit, and a speaker housing(110). The speaker unit is interference with noise generated in the noise source, thereby generates interfering sounds reducing the noise. The first micro phone generates noise signals corresponding to the noise. The second micro phone generates error signals corresponding to remained noised interfered by the interfering sounds. |
