PURPOSE: An integrated manufacturing apparatus for a small pellet is provided to manufacture the pellet with crushing, drying, and molding in one apparatus, thereby reducing the volume of the apparatus and improving the transportability and the installation property of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An integrated manufacturing apparatus for a small pellet includes a main body(110), a crusher(120), a pulverizer(130), a hopper(140), a press machine, a cutting blade, and a pellet storage box(170). The crusher crushes lumber inserted through an inserting hopper. The pulverizer pulverizes sawdust crushed and dropped from the crusher. The hopper collects and drops the sawdust pulverized by the pulverizer. The press machine presses, dries, and ejects the sawdust from the hopper. The cutting blade at the ejecting side of the press machine cuts the pellet, which is continuously ejected through the press machine, into a certain size. The pellet storage box stores the pellet cut and dropped from the cutting blade. |
