PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of natural essential oil from Broussonetia kazinoki Sieb. is provided to provide natural essential oil from Broussonetia kazinoki Sieb. at a simple cost by using Broussonetia kazinoki Sieb. vapor extract. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of natural essential oil from Broussonetia kazinoki Sieb. comprises a step of collecting Broussonetia kazinoki Sieb. extract from a paper-making process; and a step of separating natural essential oil from the upper part of the extract. The Broussonetia kazinoki Sieb. extract is obtained by dipping a non-dried stem of Broussonetia kazinoki Sieb. into a container capable of blocking outflow of vapor and heating the result at 100-110°C for 3-5 hours. When the amount of the non-dried stem is 450-600 kg, the amount of used water is 0.7-2 m^3.
