HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM USING SPACE IN ABANDONED MINE

PURPOSE: A cooling and heating system using a vacant place of a closed mine is provided to implement cooling and heating according to season using the homeothermy of mine drainage filling in the closed mine. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating system using a vacant place of a closed mine comprises closed type pipelines(21,22,23) and a heat pump(30). The closed type pipe lines are arranged through an area filled with mine drainage in the closed mine to allow heat exchange between mine drainage and heat transfer fluid which flows inside the closed type pipe lines. The heat pump is connected to both ends of the pipe lines and implements cooling or heating using the heat of the heat transfer fluid.
