摘要 PURPOSE: A voltage management method and a voltage managing device are provided to control the voltage of each cell by measuring the voltage of cells connected in series, and to control a cell voltage by making the voltage difference between the cells and the tolerance band of the cell voltage in a balancing mode which controls the voltage of the cells. CONSTITUTION: A voltage managing device of a battery with multiple cells connected in series comprises: multiple measuring sections(310) to measure voltages of each cell; and a control section(320) which receives multiple voltage values measured by the multiple-voltage measuring sections and which controls the current of a cell, in which the voltage is measured to exceed the first voltage scope when multiple voltage values are over the scope of the first voltage, to flow heading to an external resistance(330).
