ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by omitting the mask patterning process of an active layer. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor(TFT1,TFT2), an organic light emitting device(EL), and a capacitor(Cst) are formed on a substrate. The thin film transistor includes an active layer(20), a gate electrode(30), a source/drain electrode(50), and a gate guard. The gate electrode and the gate guard are formed in the same layer, and made of the same material. The organic light emitting device is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The active layer is uniformly formed on the whole region of the substrate.
