PURPOSE: An LED lighting lens which has a low reflection surface height and an LED lighting device including the same are provided to prevent a yellow band phenomenon by forming an etching surface in an insertion part of a lens support unit. CONSTITUTION: A first entrance surface(210) receives light which is emitted from an LED module. A second entrance surface(220) is formed on the circumference of the first entrance surface. An outside reflection surface(230) is formed on an outside circumference of a lens. A lens support unit fixes the position of the lens. A first exit surface and a second exit surface emit lights.
