PURPOSE: A reservoir type non-point pollution reduction system based on weather information and simulated calculation and a reservoir type non-point pollution reduction method are provided to prevent water pollution by efficiently controlling a non-point pollution source and to efficiently use the reserved processing water. CONSTITUTION: A reservoir type non-point pollution reduction system based on weather information and simulated calculation comprises a maintenance control unit(100), a reservoir type non-point pollution reduction device(200), and a preprocess device(300). The maintenance control unit calculates an initial flow rate or pollution load rate in rainfall based on the weather information and data of a data server(110) and to control a flow rate of processing water. The reservoir type non-point pollution reduction device comprises a flow unit, a reservoir of a cell unit, an inflow rate flowmeter(215), and outflow rate flowmeter(225).
