CAMERA, SERVER, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING HIGH-RESOLUTION IMAGE

PURPOSE: A high-resolution Image processing camera, a server thereof, a system thereof, and a method thereof are provided to transmit and receive a part of high resolution images through an image processing system with a sector division output module and a sector division input module, thereby solving a data processing overload problem of a wireless communication network. CONSTITUTION: A high-resolution image processing camera(1) outputs only an image of a sector in which change is sensed by dividing a photographed image into a constant sector. A service server(3) comprises and stores an image by receiving the image of the sector. The service server divides and stores the image corresponding to each monitoring camera. The service server provides the stored image corresponding to a request of a user terminal(4). A user controls a photographing condition of the monitoring camera by using the user terminal.
