PURPOSE: A robot hand for engine parts handling is provided to carry out work, pallet transfer and interleaving sheet handling with the single robot hand. CONSTITUTION: A robot hand for engine parts handling comprises a hand body, a work hand(200), a pallet hand(300), and an interleaving sheet hand(400). The hand body has a hand adapter which is connected to a six-axial articulated robot(600). The work hand is installed on the hand body and has a jaw which is operated in two directions simultaneously by an air cylinder so as to hold an object(500). The pallet hand is installed at the right angle on a side of the hand body and inserted in the central groove of a pallet and clamps the pallet. The interleaving sheet hand is installed at the right angle on the other side of the hand body and picks up an interleaving sheet with vacuum suction. |
