PURPOSE: A material separation removal device of a vehicle back seat is provided to recycle a sponge and a spring frame separated from a cushion and a back of the back seat. CONSTITUTION: A material separation removal device of a vehicle back seat tears a foam resin with a rotary cutter for firstly crushing, and removes the residual foam resin with a wire rotary blade. A spring frame with strong strength and hardness is not cut due to low rotation number and an angle at which the rotary cutter move aside. The foam resin with weak hardness is divided into a foam resin crushed material and a steel frame.
