PURPOSE: Function roast grain powder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be conveniently taken as a meal or snack without repulsion by everyone and to be helpful in prevention and treatment of adult diseases by harmonizing the sweet taste of grains, the rich taste of tumeric, mulberry leaves and leaf mustard, and the sea taste of seaweed fusiforme. CONSTITUTION: Roasted grain powder includes 0.5-3 parts by weight of tumeric, 0.5-5.0 parts by weight of leaf mustard, 0.5-5 parts by weight of mulberry leaf powder, and 0.5-3 parts by weight of seaweed fusiforme to 100 parts by weight of roasted grain powder, wherein all materials have been steamed and dried. A manufacturing method of roasted grain powder comprises: a step of manufacturing grain material that more than one kind of grain selected from the group consisting of barley, rice, glutinous black rice, glutinous rice, sorghum, foxtail millet, corn, black bean, green bean, red bean and pea is washed, aged in water at a room temperature, taken out with a sieve, strained, steamed, dried and roasted(S1); a step of manufacturing tumeric material that tumeric is washed, steamed and dried in a drier(S2); a step of manufacturing leaf mustard that leaf mustard is washed, parboiled in salt water of 3-10 concentration%, and dried in a drier(S3); a step of manufacturing mulberry leaves that mulberry leaves are washed, parboiled in salt water of 3-10 concentration% and dried in a drier(S4); a step of manufacturing seaweed fusiforme that seaweed fusiforme in which foreign substances have been removed is steamed and dried(S5); and a step of mixing and pulverizing that the tumeric material, leaf mustard material, mulberry leaf material and seaweed fusiforme material are added to the grain material and pulverized with a pulverizing device(S6).
