The support plate (1) includes several magnetic elements and recesses (3) which allows an easy and fast positioning of the cutting dies (6,7) on the stamping presses and letterpress printing cylinders. The support plate meets the technical specifications of the machine marketable punching machines and letterpress cylinders. The cutting dies can be fitted over the recesses on the support plate. The cutting dies are made of sheet steel and are firmly fixed to the magnetic element.
