PURPOSE: A novel compound containing a 5-membered heterocyclic ring, an organic electronic element using the same, and an electronic device thereof are provided to improve light emitting efficiency, stability, and lifetime of the element. CONSTITUTION: A compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic electronic element comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic layer between the first and second electrodes. The organic electronic element contains the compound. An electronic device comprises a display device with the organic electronic element and a control unit which derives the display device.
