Device (1) for coupling a removable tool to a support, comprising a first part and a second part, one of these parts being fixed to the tool and the other being fixed to the support. The first part (2) comprises a rigid housing (2a) having a receiving zone (5). The second part (3) has a rigid attachment portion (4), guided in the receiving zone along a first direction (u1) of coupling. The first part further comprises a lock (7) which is rigid and translationally mounted in at least one bearing surface (8a, 8b) of the housing (2a) along a second, locking, direction (v1). The lock (7) comprises a locking portion (11) which, in the coupled state, bears against the attachment portion (4) along at least one mutual-bearing surface (Sa, Sb). Each of the at least one mutual-bearing surfaces (Sa, Sb) is inclined with respect to the first and to the second directions (u1, v1) of coupling.
