PURPOSE: A sealing device is provided to seal substrates from a mutual area by providing elastic forces to one of the substrates sealed by an elastic unit. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate(30) and a lower plate(40) support a first and a second substrate(300,500). The upper plate or the lower plate is moved to a sealing position. An elastic unit(74) is elastically biased according to connection between the first and the second substrate in order to elastically seal the first and the second substrate in the sealing position from the one area. An alignment unit(90) aligns other one corresponding to the curvature of the substrate connected to the elastic unit. |
