The method involves allowing product to flow inside a tank (1) in form of liquid film during portion of interior trajectory when the product is loaded in the tank internal to a lorry so as to create a heat-exchange surface between the product and inert gas atmosphere inside the tank, where the product is made to flow naturally by gravity along a gutter (6) until an end of the gutter. The product is fallen into bottom of the tank by the end of the gutter. The liquid is arrived on a wall of the tank by the end of the gutter so as to allow film/gas exchange to continue on the wall. An independent claim is also included for a lorry for transporting microbiological growth and oxidation sensitive liquid products.
