MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WATER REPELLENCY BINDER FOR GLASS FIBER HEAT INSULATING MATERIALS FORMING

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a waterproof binder for molding a glass fiber heat insulating material is provided to manufacture a binder with a sufficient strength reinforcement function and enough waterproof by using loess powder, a thickening agent aqueous solution, an acrylic adhesive solution and a water repellent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a waterproof binder for molding a glass fiber heat insulating material comprises the following steps: a loess solution is obtained by mixing loess powder in water; a thickening agent aqueous solution is obtained by dissolving cellulose-base aqueous powder in water; an acrylic adhesive solution is obtained by polymerizing acrylic acid and potassium persufate in water; and the thickening agent aqueous solution, the acrylic adhesive solution and a water repellent are mixed in the loess solution to obtain a waterproof binder. The loess solution includes 97-99 weight% of water and 1-3 weight% of loess powder. The thickening agent aqueous solution includes 94-98 weight% of water and 2-6 weight% of cellulose-base aqueous powder. The acrylic adhesive solution includes 86-94 weight% of water, 5.5-12.5 weight% of acrylic acid and 0.5-1.5 weight% of potassium persulfate.
