<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector which protects an electric wire led out from a connector to the exterior and improves the path regulation of the electric wire concurrently. <P>SOLUTION: A protector 1 protects an electric wire led out from a female connector 30 to the exterior and has a protector body 2 and a cover 20 assembled to the protector body 2. An electric wire arrangement part 3 and a connector fitting part 4 are formed by the protector body 2 and the cover 20 which are assembled.
