<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heater furnace, with its radiant heating body to generate heat by reaction of an induction field composed with sheet metal though, which has uniformity in radiant heat against a heating object and consumes less energy. <P>SOLUTION: By taking advantage of a difference between the emissivity which the materials of radiant heating bodies 1a and 1b to generate heat by induction heating themselves have and that of a black body approximated substance 7 which is the material to control in-plane emissivity, the coating density of the black body approximated substance 7 with which work is to be carried out is changed by the temperature distribution of the radiant heating bodies 1a and 1b. This ensures that although the radiant heating bodies 1a and 1b themselves have variations in temperature due to induction heating, the relative surface against the heating object has uniformity in radiant heat from in-plane because emissivity is corresponded to the temperatures of respective regions on the surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
