Provided is a communication system wherein first, second and third communication apparatuses perform time division multiplex communications in respective predetermined frame periods. A first communication apparatus comprises a control unit that causes a first control signal, which is to be repetitively transmitted to a second communication apparatus in a first frame period with reference to a predetermined frame position, and a second control signal, which is to be repetitively transmitted to a third communication apparatus in a second frame period with reference to the predetermined frame position, to be transmitted. The number of frames in the first frame period is a multiple of the number of frames in the second frame period. The control unit transmits, to the second communication apparatus, the first control signal in the first frame period at the N-th frame position from the predetermined frame position, and transmits, to the second communication apparatus, the second control signal in the second frame period at the M-th frame position from the predetermined frame position. |
