PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technique for enabling more suitable program information display.

SOLUTION: Program information is received and display control for displaying the received program information is performed. In the display control, when remaining broadcast time of a program which is broadcast at preset becomes a prescribed value or more, control for displaying the program information of the program which is broadcast at present is performed. When the remaining broadcast time of the program which is broadcast at present is less than the prescribed value, control for displaying program information of a program whose broadcast time length is a previously determined prescribed time length or more and which is nearest to present time is performed among the programs scheduled to be broadcast after termination time of the program which is broadcast at present.
