A power supply control system comprises: a remaining stored power detector (22) for a power storage device (20); a prediction calculator (42) that calculates the predicted power to be generated by a power generation device (10) and the predicted load power consumption of the connected load, then on the basis of these calculations and the remaining stored power, calculates the amount of time during which power can be discharged until the remaining stored power reaches the lowest remaining amount, and in addition, calculates the average power output of the power generation device (10) and the average load power consumption of the connected loads (101-105), then calculates the amount of time until the average generated power output matches the average load power consumption; and a controller (43) that controls so as to reduce the power consumption of the connected loads (101-105) when the length of time during which power can be discharged is shorter than the length of time until the average generated power output matches the average load power consumption. |
