<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the switching operation (driving control of a valve portion) of a milk meter only when necessary and avoid wasteful operation during the interruption of washing, thereby enhancing an energy-saving property, and avoiding deterioration of the valve portion or the like from proceeding. <P>SOLUTION: A switching operation is performed such that a measuring container portion 3m is switched to the storage side on condition that during execution of a washing operation mode Xc, the non-detecting state of an in-scale detection unit 4 in a milk meter 3 continues for a preset standby time Zi or more; after the in-scale detection unit 4 enters a detecting state, the measuring container portion 3m is switched to the discharge side after a preset storage time Zs has elapsed; and after a preset discharge time Zn has elapsed, the measuring container portion 3m is switched to the storage side.
