<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror device in which a movable plate can rotate (oscillate) around a first axis and a second axis orthogonal to the first axis, the device capable of preventing separation of a magnet while achieving downsizing, reducing costs of the apparatus and reducing labor hours required for manufacturing, and to provide a method for manufacturing the mirror device, an optical scanner and an image formation apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A mirror device 1 comprises: a frame member 14; a pair of second shaft members 15a, 15b; a movable plate 11 having a light-reflective light reflection part 12; a pair of first shaft members 13a, 13b; a magnet 20 provided on the frame member 14 and having an elongated shape; a first solder layer 21a and a second solder layer 21b made of solder, interposed between the frame member 14 and the magnet 20 to bond the frame member 14 and the magnet 20, so that a space 23 for preventing contact with the movable plate 11 is formed; and a first ground layer 22a and a second ground layer 22b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
