<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seatbelt device capable of appropriately controlling a power supply state to a controller based on a switch signal changed over according to whether webbing is fastened or not and thereby capable of preventing the excessive discharge of a power supply unit. <P>SOLUTION: In the seatbelt device, the switch signal changed over according to whether the webbing for constraining an occupant on a seat is fastened or not is output from a switch. When an internal combustion engine is determined to be in a stop, power saving control is performed for controlling the power supply state from the power supply unit to the controller into a power saving state that supplied power is smaller than in a normal power state, and when the switch signal is changed during the power saving control, normal power control is performed for controlling the power supply state into the normal power state. Moreover, in the case that the internal combustion engine is determined to be in a stop, the normal power control is prohibited when the changeover frequency CSW of the switch signal is higher than a predetermined frequency CSWREF (Step 28). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
