A polishing device, comprising: a frame (1), a polishing part (10), a vibrating part, and a guide track (7), wherein the polishing part is used for polishing the piece to be polished and is fixedly connected to the guide track; the frame is slidably connected to the guide track; the vibrating part is provided on the guide track and is configured to bring the guide track into linear vibration. The vibrating part comprises movers (4) connected fixedly to the guide track and a stator (3) connected fixedly to the frame. The stator has coils (2), and the movers are divided into two groups, each of them being provided on either side of the stator. The magnetic poles of the movers are provided in a horizontal direction and the magnetic poles oriented toward the same side of the stator have the same magnetism. The polishing device can uniformly polish a surface to be polished, and at the same time improve the efficiency of the polishing.
