Disclosed is a second-type absorption heat pump with fractional condensation, wherein a first absorber (3) has a weak solution conduit in communication with a first generator (1) via a first solution pump (7) and a first solution heat exchanger (10); the first generator (1) also has a strong solution conduit in communication with the first absorber (3) via the first solution heat exchanger (10). The first generator (1) has a refrigerant vapour channel in communication with a condenser (5). The condenser (5) further has a refrigerant liquid conduit in communication with an evaporator (6) via a refrigerant liquid pump (9). The evaporator (6) further has a refrigerant vapour channel in communication with a second absorber (4). The second absorber (4) has a weak solution conduit in communication with a second generator (2) via a second solution heat exchanger (11). The second generator (2) further has a strong solution conduit in communication with the second absorber (4) via a second solution pump (8) and the second solution heat exchanger (11). The second generator (2) further has a refrigerant vapour channel in communication with the first absorber (3). The first generator (1), the second generator (2) and the evaporator (6) further have, respectively, a waste heat medium conduit in communication with the exterior. The first absorber (3) and the condenser (5) further have, respectively, a cooling medium conduit in communication with the exterior. The second absorber (4) further has a heated medium conduit in communication with the exterior.
