<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide side face heating type electromagnetic cooking equipment which shortening heating time by directly warming the side face of cooking equipment with a heating element and in which a leakage magnetic flux line from electromagnetic cooking equipment is collected with a coil to heat the heating element by power to be generated at the time, in such a manner that the magnetic flux line from an electromagnetic coil of the electromagnetic cooking equipment is brought into contact with the coil 1 attached to the circumference of the cooking equipment which is smaller than the circumference of the electromagnetic coil of the electromagnetic cooking equipment to generate power by the Fleming's rules, and the heating element 2 is heated by the power to directly warm the side face of the cooking equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of cooking with electromagnetic cooking equipment, cooking equipment which is smaller than the circumference of an electromagnetic coil of the electromagnetic cooking equipment is at a state that a magnetic flux line is discharged in the air around the cooking equipment, and heating time to be taken for cooking is shortened by directly warming the side face of the cooking equipment with the heating body by collecting the leakage magnetic flux line with the coil to heat the heating element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
