<p>[Problem] To efficiently share a network, while taking into account the service categories of various groups, and the scale of operations. [Solution] In order to solve the problem, a traffic control device for controlling traffic of data transmitted from mobile devices respectively belonging to different groups has: a distribution section for switching the output destination of the data according to the group and to the category of the data; a plurality of data storage sections of FIFO type, for respective storage of the data output by the distribution section; a timing adjustment section for adjusting the timing for output of the data respectively stored in the data storage sections, according to the group and to the category of the data; and an identifier addition section for adding an identifier to the data output from the data storage sections, according to the group and to the category of the data.</p> |
