PURPOSE: A pinwheel capable of emitting light using an LED is provided to conveniently maintain and repair, to reduce the fabrication costs by having a relatively simple composition compared to conventional techniques. CONSTITUTION: A pinwheel capable of emitting light using an LED comprises: a frame(20); a blade(50) for installing the LED, formed to be rotated by wind; a rotary shaft(30) combined on a hub of the blade and extended to the front of the frame, with the rear side arranged inside of the frame; a first bearing(60) having an outer ring supported in the frame and an inner ring rotating with a rotary shaft; a second bearing(60') installed for insulating the inner ring from the rotary shaft; and a power supply unit supplying a second pole of external power through the second bearing, and a first pole through the first bearing for emitting light from the LED. |
