PURPOSE: A resupination exercise apparatus is provided to prevent ligament injury, myalgia, and blood circulation disability by dispersing weight to ankles, knees, and a spine. CONSTITUTION: A resupination exercise apparatus comprises a rotating bed(10) which hangs on a connector operated by turning on a support frame; a lower body supporting part(20) which is equipped to be folded according to a lower body joint exercise; and a binding means(30) which is equipped to restrict feet by being installed in the lower body supporting part. The lower body supporting part is connected to fold at a hinge axis of first and second shoulder attaching boards, and the first shoulder board is rotated around a center axis on the bed, and the second shoulder board is length-controlled to control the location thereof along a rail on the bed.
