<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine that prevents overflow of water from an upper edge of a water receiving tub and enhances the safety. <P>SOLUTION: The washing machine comprises: water level detection means 14 for detecting a water level in a water receiving tub 3; cloth amount detection means 16 for detecting a cloth amount; timer means 46 for measuring a water supply time and a drain time: and control means 15. The control means 15 detects a supply water flow rate that is supplied into the water receiving tub 3 and a drainage state, and carries out a control to avoid water pouring rinsing in a rinsing process under a condition in which water is easily overflow, thereby preventing an overflow of water from an upper edge of a water receiving tub 44 from occurring and enhancing the safety. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
