<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion that is suitably used for nursing care of elderly people or disabled people or for a long-distance driving by healthy people. <P>SOLUTION: The cushion is composed of: a filling body comprising an elastic body formed into a cylindrical shape; a bag body having stretchability to which the filling body is filled; a cushion body in which at least one end side of an elastic sheet constituted in a honeycomb shape is folded back for sewing, which makes the bag body attachable/detachable; and an outer package for storing the cushion body.
